How is it shipped?
Smaller pieces ship via FedEx in protective packaging. Larger pieces ship premium freight in a custom crate with scheduled, inside delivery.
Can I hang it outside?
Yes — under cover. A porch, pavilion, or covered patio is ideal. Prolonged direct rain will accelerate the patina.
What hardware is included, and how do I install it?
French cleats are included for a secure, straightforward install. Hardware is rated for drywall, plaster, and masonry. See our full install guide for step-by-step photos and tips.
How long does it take to make?
Each piece is made to order and typically ships in 5–7 weeks. You'll receive tracking information as soon as it's on the way.
