Return Policy
At Anthem, we take great pride in creating unique, handcrafted pieces tailored to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if your item arrives incorrect or damaged from transit, please follow these steps to ensure we can address the issue promptly:
Inspect Upon Delivery: Thoroughly inspect your item upon delivery.
Note Any Issues: Large and extra large pieces of metal wall art ship through a freight carrier (scheduled delivery). If you find any damage or incorrect details on these items, make sure to note these on the delivery receipt before the delivery personnel leave.
Small and medium size pieces of wall art ship through FedEx (non-scheduled delivery). If damage or incorrect details are discovered on these items, make sure to alert us within 48 hours of receipt.
Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damage or incorrect details.
Contact Us Immediately: Notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team at hello@anthemclassic.com. Provide clear photographs and details of the issue. Anything described in our Cosmetic Standards here is not considered incorrect or defective.
Once we receive your notification and supporting documentation, our team will assess the situation and work to either fix the problem or replace the item, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Each of our pieces is thoughtfully designed, custom made, and hand finished to order. Changes or cancellations on orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make changes.
