What does shipping look like?
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100! No code needed—just add your items to the cart, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Custom Furniture Shipping
We offer free shipping on all custom furniture to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Once your piece leaves our shop, we’ll send you a heads-up with tracking info so you can follow it along. It usually takes 5–15 business days in transit before the delivery company is in touch to schedule.
When your order gets close, the freight company will reach out to schedule a delivery window. Availability can vary by location, and if you need to reschedule, the next window might be 2–3 weeks out—just something to keep in mind.
They’ll give you a call at least a day before delivery, and again when they’re about 30 minutes away. If no one is home when they arrive, redelivery fees may apply. Also, if you’re unable to accept delivery in a timely manner, the freight company may charge storage fees.
When your order arrives, please inspect your item thoroughly before signing the delivery slip—it’s a binding document. If you notice any damage, don’t refuse the delivery. Instead, note it on the slip and accept the order. This helps us file a claim and make things right, whether that means a repair or replacement.
Heads up: if you sign the slip without noting damage, we may not be able to help later. And make sure to double-check the item will fit through your doors or entryways before ordering—we can't accept returns for fit issues.
Shipping for Smaller Items
Things like pillows, rugs, wallpaper, wrapping paper, chairs, and other furniture pieces from our partner vendors ship via a parcel shipping company and usually arrive within a handful of days of shipping. We offer free shipping on orders over $100, so if your order qualifies, it’ll ship on us.
Once it’s on the way, we’ll send tracking info straight to your inbox. No signature will be required, so keep an eye on your tracking number. If anything arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, let us know right away so we can help. Just a heads up—we’re not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
What about returns?
Our return policy depends on the item:
Custom Furniture: These pieces are made just for you and are final sale—returns aren’t accepted.
Wallpaper & Wrapping Paper: You’re welcome to return these within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re unopened, unused, and in perfect shape. Just reach out to us before sending anything back.
Curated Pieces from Our Partners: Some pieces from our trusted vendors may be returnable, often with a restocking fee. Just get in touch with us about your specific item and we’ll walk you through the options.
How long will my order take?
It really depends on what you’re ordering, but here’s a quick breakdown:
- Wallpaper & Wrapping Paper: These take about 5–7 business days to print before they ship.
- Custom & Vendor Furniture: Most furniture takes 8–10 weeks to build before it ships. Check the product page for specific timelines—some pieces vary.
- Rugs & Pillows: Usually ship out within 1–2 weeks, as long as they’re in stock.
- Vendor Pieces: Occasionally, an item may be backordered—if that’s the case, timing may vary.
Can I change my order?
Yes, absolutely! We can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you're within 24 hours of placing your order and need to change or cancel, please send us an email at hello@anthemclassic.com.
Once this initial 24-hour period has passed, the process of crafting your order begins, and we are unable to accommodate further adjustments or cancellations.
Do you offer custom designs?
At this time, we don’t offer personalized designs, but we hope to provide this option in the future.
My order arrived damaged. Now what?

Because our furniture is crafted and finished by hand, you may notice subtle inconsistencies such as tooling marks, weld seams, or textural differences. These are not defects—they reflect the human touch and artisanal nature of the work.

Stains, finishes, and powder coats may appear slightly different from online photos depending on lighting, screen settings, and the inherent differences in wood and metal. Expect tonal richness, depth, and variation.
Evolving Patina
Raw steel age gracefully over time. Exposure to sunlight, touch, and environment will deepen the character of the material—forming a patina that tells the story of its use.
Rust Development:Exposure to moisture and environmental factors may lead to gradual oxidation over time. Regular maintenance and protection from the elements can help preserve the appearance of your steel pieces.
Signs of Craft, Not Mass Production Our furniture is not mass-produced or made to be flawless in the way factory-made items are. If you’re seeking pieces with uniform perfection, our handcrafted approach may not align with your expectations.
