Shipping for Furniture and Firepits
We offer free shipping on all custom furniture & metal wall art to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Once your piece leaves our shop, we’ll send you a heads-up with tracking info so you can follow it along. It usually takes 5–15 business days in transit before the delivery company is in touch to schedule.

When your order gets close, the freight company will reach out to schedule a delivery window. Availability can vary by location, and if you need to reschedule, the next window might be 2–3 weeks out—just something to keep in mind.

They’ll give you a call at least a day before delivery, and again when they’re about 30 minutes away. If no one is home when they arrive, redelivery fees may apply. Also, if you’re unable to accept delivery in a timely manner, the freight company may charge storage fees.

When your order arrives, please inspect your item thoroughly before signing the delivery slip—it’s a binding document. If you notice any damage, don’t refuse the delivery. Instead, note it on the slip and accept the order. This helps us file a claim and make things right, whether that means a repair or replacement.

Heads up: if you sign the slip without noting damage, we may not be able to help later. And make sure to double-check the item will fit through your doors or entryways before ordering—we can't accept returns for fit issues.

Once it’s on the way, we’ll send tracking info straight to your inbox. No signature will be required, so keep an eye on your tracking number. If anything arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, let us know right away so we can help. Just a heads up—we’re not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Each of our custom furniture pieces have a product-specific production turnaround time based on the level of customization and weld-complexity.

Shipping for Paper Products
Things like wallpaper, wrapping paper, and the two smallest sizes of metal wall art ship via a parcel shipping company and usually arrive within a handful of days of shipping. We offer free shipping on orders over $100, so if your order qualifies, it’ll ship on us.

Our paper products are printed exclusively for you. Most paper orders ship within 5-7 business days.

Metal Wall Art Shipping

All of our metal wall art ships free to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Larger sizes are handled just like our custom furniture and firepits, with freight delivery that includes scheduling and tracking updates.

Smaller sizes ship via a standard parcel carrier and typically arrive within a few days of leaving our facility.

Each piece of metal wall art is made to order in our shop, then finished with a hand-applied patina that makes every item one-of-a-kind. This finishing process takes time to properly cure and seal, so please allow 5-7 weeks for production before your piece ships.

Our return policy depends on the item:

Custom Furniture, Firepits & Metal Wall Art: These pieces are made just for you and are final sale—returns aren’t accepted.


Wallpaper: You’re welcome to return within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit, as long as they’re unopened, unused, and in perfect shape. Just reach out to us before sending anything back.

Wrapping Paper: We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unopened, unused, and in perfect shape.

It really depends on what you’re ordering, but here’s a quick breakdown:

• Wallpaper & Wrapping Paper: These take about 5–7 business days to print before they ship.
  
  
• Custom Furniture & Firepits: Most furniture takes 12-16 weeks to build before it ships. Check the product page for specific timelines—some pieces vary.

• Metal Wall Art: Each piece is individually made in our facility and finished by hand, meaning no two are exactly alike. Please allow 5-7 weeks for production before your piece ships.

That depends a little on what you order!

For wallpaper orders - We print each order on demand. Changes or cancellations on orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make changes. If your order qualifies, you’re still welcome to return it for store credit.

For wrapping paper orders - Production begins immediately after an order is placed, so we do not accept order cancellations on orders of wrapping paper. If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it once received, in accordance with this return policy.

For metal wall art, furniture, and firepit orders - Each of our metal pieces is thoughtfully designed, custom made, and hand finished to order. Changes or cancellations on orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make changes

At this time, we don’t offer personalized designs, but we hope to provide this option in the future.

Our solid hardwoods and raw or finished steel showcase organic patterns, color shifts, and grain movement that vary from piece to piece. These natural variations are not flaws, but distinctive traits that make every item one-of-a-kind.

Hand-Finished Surfaces
Because our pieces are crafted and finished by hand, you may notice subtle inconsistencies such as tooling marks, weld seams, or textural differences. These are not defects—they reflect the human touch and artisanal nature of the work.

Color and Tone Shifts
Stains, finishes, and powder coats may appear slightly different from online photos depending on lighting, screen settings, and the inherent differences in wood and metal. Expect tonal richness, depth, and variation.

Evolving Patina
Raw steel ages gracefully over time. Exposure to sunlight, moisture, and environment will deepen the character of the material—forming a patina that tells the story of its use.

Rust Development: Exposure to moisture and environmental factors may lead to gradual oxidation over time. Regular maintenance and protection from the elements can help preserve the appearance of your steel pieces.

Signs of Craft, Not Mass Production Our pieces are not mass-produced or made to be flawless in the way factory-made items are. If you’re seeking pieces with uniform perfection, our handcrafted approach may not align with your expectations.
